This PR standardizes the repository's structure and documentation to improve maintainability and professional presentation.

Key changes:

• Restructuring: Renamed directories like deque to Deque and Error-debug to ErrorHandling. Renamed multiple Python scripts from snake_case to PascalCase (e.g., Anagram_Check_Sorted_Sol.py to AnagramCheckSortedSol.py).
• Documentation Overhaul:
  • Rewrote the root README.md to provide a comprehensive index of all 50 scripts, including a nested Table of Contents and project roadmap.
  • Created or updated README.md files in every category directory (Arrays, Trees, etc.) with a consistent format and LaTeX-formatted time complexity analysis for each implementation.
  • Fixed broken links and corrected algorithm complexities (e.g., Shell Sort worst-case).
• Code Improvements:
  • Refactored LinkedLists/SinglyLinkedListCycleCheckImple.py to correctly define cycle_check as an instance method.
  • Refactored Recursion/FibonacciSeqDynamic.py to use an internal memoization cache instead of a fixed-size global array.
• Verification:
  • Verified all 49 non-interactive Python scripts execute successfully with Python 3.
  • Validated all relative Markdown links using a bash script to ensure navigation integrity.
