Dr. Serve-Rus is an early-stage prototype created by a team of students and innovators. While the project demonstrates our core vision and functionality, it does not yet represent the final version of the system. We are continuously improving both the hardware and software and welcome constructive feedback as we continue development. Dr. Serve-Rus is a voice-controlled robotic surgical assistance system designed to support, not replace, human surgical assistants in operating rooms and emergency medical environments.

Coming from different backgrounds we had different skills,yet though our collaboration we gained insights on eaoch others skills while improoving the ones we had.
- A rotating circular plate is divided into four sections.
- Each section stores a different set of surgical tools.
- A protective cover exposes only one section at a time.
- The system rotates to the requested section using a motorized mechanism.
- Currently it's voice controlled using the MIT App Inventor app. Which also responds to questions or responds to the surgeon assistant's preoccupations
- Provide faster access to surgical tools.
- Reduce distractions for surgical assistants.
- Improve organization during procedures.
- Help track important surgery information through an OLED display.
As this project is still an MVP and a prototype, not every idea of ours is expressed the way we wanted. The main adjustments we want to do are:
- Replace the DC motor with a 360 step motor. (removing thus the rotary encoder)
- Add an AI API for a better assistant interaction
- Use an actual app we make from scratch.
- Spesialised compartments functions and a realistic comercial overall designed
