The canonical container-only smoke workflow was submitted and completed, but the test pod failed before producing a test result summary. This is not attributable to PR #263:

Evidence collected with argo get, argo logs, kubectl, and just list-vms:

• Workflow node: exo-0; node was Ready with DiskPressure=False, but the pod log contains NVMe I/O errors.
• No VMI lane was used; just list-vms found no orphaned VMs.
• Existing infrastructure blocker: projectbluefin/lab#298.

No PR fix or rerun was attempted: the failure is an infrastructure/storage fault, not a dependency-update failure. agent-tested/queue action is intentionally held pending #298 remediation and a clean rerun.
