Cuts voice-transcription 1.2.2, carrying the Spanish configuration-field titles.

The es locale had name and description but no config block, so a Spanish dashboard showed a translated plugin heading above thirteen English field labels. i18n lives in manifest.json, which is one of the three files in the published package — so unlike a README correction, this reaches installers as package content.

Release commit shape follows the previous plugin cut: manifest version, the README's Version/Released rows, the CHANGELOG heading, and the regenerated plugins.json + root catalog table.

550 tests pass and catalog:check is clean. The tag voice-transcription-v1.2.2 follows the merge and builds the zip + GitHub Release.

Not included: supabase-otp-hook. Its unreleased entry is a README correction, and the published package is manifest.json + dist/ only — no README — so a version bump would ship byte-identical content and prompt every installed user to update for nothing. The corrected README is already live on the default branch, which is where a reader finds it. It will ride along with that plugin's next code change.

Ships the Spanish configuration-field titles. The `es` locale carried a translated
name and description with no `config` block, so a Spanish dashboard rendered thirteen
English field labels under a Spanish heading.

The manifest is what carries i18n, so this reaches installers as package content
rather than as documentation.
