hmm guess not: can you manually squash the commits into one? sidenote: we're OK with force pushes, we have tooling to make PRs easy to review across force pushes (contrary to most other projects on github) |

LLVM recently dropped x86 AMX-TF32 llvm/llvm-project#207673. This is cut out from rust-lang/rust#158910.
