- Include room in community file URLs so other clients (e.g. iOS) can download them
- Bump conscrypt-android 2.5.3 → 2.6.1 to fix launch crash on 16 KB page-size devices (UnsatisfiedLinkError: libconscrypt_jni.so program alignment 4096 < 16384)
