Adds the missing TIP-1034 specification page for the TIP20ChannelReserve precompile, the headline T5 feature.
The T5 upgrade page, payment-lane specification, and TIP-20 spec all link to this TIP but the page did not exist in the docs.
Changes: src/pages/docs/protocol/tips/tip-1034.mdx (new file only)
Coverage: precompile address (0x4D50500000000000000000000000000000000000, ASCII MPP), activation boundary, channel lifecycle, all five operations (open/topUp/close/requestClose/topUpAndCancelClose), implicit approval via TIP-1035, events surface, channel ID derivation, payment-lane eligibility under TIP-1045, and the full gas comparison table (up to 72% savings vs legacy contract).
