Add project pydantic forms

Summary

Adds pydantic-forms as a new subproject (corresponding pydantic-forms PR).

Global search now prefixes the project name through a CSS hack. Because the number of subprojects is increasing, so is the number of search hits and so this might help people find the thing they want.

Looks like the docs deploy failed with

[mkdocs-monorepo] The file path /home/runner/work/workfloworchestrator.github.io/workfloworchestrator.github.io/pydantic-forms/mkdocs.yml does not exist, is not valid YAML, or does not contain a valid 'site_name' and 'nav' keys.

I'm assuming this is due to the runner using the wrong branch, since https://github.com/workfloworchestrator/pydantic-forms/pull/69/changes hasn't been merged into main on that repo yet. But is workfloworchestrator.github.io/workfloworchestrator.github.io/ in that path correct?
