Live lowering_source_fingerprint moved to 35dfc38a… after DateTime / Reflection / php-in-php merges through #22612. Restamp manifest + sha so north-star5-verify-fast step 4f-m stays green. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
