• Restamp prelinked/bootstrap-gen0/manifest.json + .bootstrap_lowering_source.sha (pattern Trust: restamp gen-0 fingerprint after #22589 drift (#10533) #22591).
• Supersedes closed Trust: restamp gen-0 fingerprint after #22603–#22612 drift (#10533) #22613 (rebase onto Stdlib: DOMElement::__construct orphaned element parity (#22598) #22611/Stdlib: gate HashContext::__debugInfo on PHP 8.4 profile (#22563) #22614).
