• Pillar 1 Trust: north-star5-verify-fast step 4f-m red after Language: gate ReflectionClass PHP 8.4 APIs on language profile (#22599) #22616 (ReflectionClass profile gating) moved live lowering_source_fingerprint.
• Restamp prelinked/bootstrap-gen0/manifest.json + .bootstrap_lowering_source.sha (same pattern as Trust: restamp gen-0 fingerprint after #22603–#22614 drift (#10533) #22615).
• Refs Strategic alignment: compiler excellence pillars (2026 H2) #10533 (Pillar 1 Trust).

Notes

• Lane B queue had no eligible non-stdlib/meta issues (% 3 == 1); fixed Pillar 1 restamp instead.
