s-breadcrumbs.css and breadcrumbs.js duplicate 2nd-crumb de-linking Core-CMS already does in nav_cms_breadcrumbs.html (with different, narrower conditions) — tup-ui#535 drops both rather than carrying them forward, so don't migrate them here either. Also drops an unrelated #cms-footer color rule tup-ui#535 removes from c-footer.css.
